About the Unit
The Systems Unit is responsible for technology and material in the Armed Forces' fixed command systems as well as technical and infrastructural design and architecture of the joint defense information infrastructure. The Systems Unit consists of Unit Management, staff, and four departments, totaling over 200 employees.
About the Position
As the unit's officer, you will independently manage a range of administrative tasks in our support systems. You will carry out tasks within assigned areas of responsibility and support the Unit's staff and departments in close collaboration within their respective areas of responsibility.
The Systems Unit staff currently consists of 13 employees located in various locations across Sweden. The unit's employees are present at approximately 18 operational sites.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Chief of Staff of the Systems Unit
- Be responsible for reviewing the Unit's invoices
- Carry out administrative tasks within the staff's functional areas
- Be responsible for updating and maintaining the internal website/collaboration area
- Prepare and process incoming tasks for the Systems Unit
- Independently present completed materials for meetings at the unit level
- Support the FMTIS unit staff within your area of expertise as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Documented experience of administrative officer tasks
- High school education with passing grades
- Driver's license at least B

DESIRABLE
- Experience from the Armed Forces or related authorities
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in business systems; primarily the SAP business system
- Experience in personnel matters; recruitment, staffing, hiring processes, contract interpretation, etc.
- Experience in financial administrative tasks; invoice review, orders, etc.

Employment type: Permanent employment. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those who are not employed by the authority.
Employment rate: Full-time. The position is Civil.
Work location: Karlskrona
Travel: The position involves business travel for both short and long periods.
